4. Arrive and experience the unforgettable! Our hosts will always be available if you have any questions. They can also offer tips and advice when you need to prepare for the trip!

How do I book and adventure?

When you book an adventure on Land of Ride, you’re going to be traveling with either one of our team members or our excellent partners. Each host has their style of hospitality, starting with how they like to get to know their guests. Despite all that, you will be completely taken care of by any of the hosts. We recommend always bringing the best version of yourself to every trip!

Can I ask reserve a trip before booking?

If you decide to contact us to ask questions before attempting to book, we may respond to your message by inviting you to make a reservation. A pre-approval email confirms available space at the time of response to finish booking for the dates and number of guests you noted in your message. But we can't guarantee any reservation without a booking confirmation.

How do I book for a group?

If you decide to book an adventure for a group, just proceed to add the number of people in your party in the booking page.

Can I cancel my reservation?

We have a three-tier cancellation policy depending on the time you cancel your booking. The cancellation fee is 0% for cancellation within the first 24 hours of booking. The cancellation fee is 20% for cancellations more than 60 days before the start date of the trip. The cancellation fee is 100% for cancellations within 60 days before the start date of the booked services.

Can I cancel my reservation because of Covid 19?

Yes, if the country in which your trip takes place has banned travel for incoming travelers you will get a full 100% refund. Unfortunately, we will not refund you if you are Covid positive or are not allowed to enter the country because you were not vaccinated.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use Credit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDeal, Paypal, or Apple Pay.
